Extra cleaning and practical help
In addition to standard cleaning, we can add extra tasks tailored to your home's specific needs. Extra ½ hour: 180,50 kr. Extra 1 hour: 361 kr. Prices are excl. VAT, and you can always request a non-binding quote, as final prices are determined after an initial inspection.

Professional carpet and upholstery cleaning for your home. We always assess the material in advance to ensure gentle and safe cleaning.

We use a spray extraction machine that injects an eco-friendly cleaning fluid deep into the fibres and vacuums up the dirt immediately. This ensures minimal moisture, fast drying times, a visibly cleaner result and a healthier indoor climate free of dust mites.

Walls, ceiling and cobwebs
For deep cleans or as an extra task, we can freshen up walls and ceilings.

Practical help: tidying, dishwashing and laundry
By agreement, we can also assist with light tidying, dishwashing, laundry, ironing, bed linen changes and emptying bins. Tasks are charged based on the additional time spent.
Good to know about access and heavy furniture
Standard cleaning assumes the home is reasonably tidy and that our staff can access the areas to be cleaned. As a rule, you move personal belongings yourself, and heavy furniture or appliances are not moved. Tasks requiring ladders or working at height must be agreed in advance and are only performed when safe from an occupational health and safety standpoint.

We provide domestic cleaning services across the entire region, ensuring you get cleaning support wherever you live on Zealand. From Copenhagen and Greater Copenhagen across North Zealand to Roskilde, Køge and the rest of Zealand.
Tax
service deduction (tax deduction for household services)
The service deduction (tax deduction for household services) allows you to deduct part of your home cleaning costs from your taxes when using a VAT-registered cleaning company. In 2026, the service deduction is up to 18,300 kr. per person.
Only documented labour costs can be deducted – materials and any transport or environmental surcharges are not deductible. The work must be performed in your residence, and you must generally be at least 18 years old, tax resident in Denmark, and residing in the property when the work is done. Always pay electronically, for instance via MobilePay, card, or online banking, and retain your invoice. The invoice must state labour costs separately, and you report the deduction yourself in box 461 on your preliminary or annual tax assessment. We are VAT-registered and issue invoices with all required documentation.

Peace of mind
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a completed clean, you must notify us as early as possible and within 24 hours of the visit so we can rectify it. Contact us on 71 71 71 54 or kontakt@tryghaand.dk and describe what did not meet agreement standards.
If the complaint is justified, we will re-perform the missing work free of charge. The right to complain does not apply to supplier faults, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use. The full section on quality and complaints can be found in our terms and conditions.
