Practical information

Tidying and access

As a rule, cleaning requires that the cleaner can access the areas to be cleaned. The client is responsible for standard tidying and moving personal belongings, documents, clothes, toys, crockery and other items.

If the cleaner needs to spend time on tidying up, washing dishes, laundry, moving small items, preparing work surfaces, handling crockery or extra waste disposal, this additional time will be included in the task.

Heavy furniture, machinery, large appliances and other heavy fixtures are generally not moved. Tasks requiring ladders or other equipment for working at height must be agreed in advance and will only be performed when the work can be carried out safely in compliance with health and safety regulations.
